Upon submitting your Order, you will be notified by email from MEG'S COLLARS confirming the order and specified payment method.

All products in stock will ship within 5 business days of your order placement. Should the item be on back order, we will notify you by email and not charge the credit card until the order actually ships. Please make sure your email is entered correctly.

Shipping method is determined my MEG'S COLLARS and is solely determined on the best method for each individual order.

MEG'S COLLARS ships all packages with a tracking number. If the customer wishes to have the product shipped via regular mail without a tracking number, it will VOID the RETURN/EXCHANGE privilege.

MEG'S COLLARS takes pride and care in each product we sell, if you are not completely satisfied we will honor a refund less a 25% restocking fee or exchange the product for a $5.00 handling fee. Custom orders are due upon ordering and 100% non-refundable or exchangeable, including any personalization of any kind or anything not offered by MEG'S COLLARS.

Please contact us for a Return Authorization Number. Packages returned without this number will NOT BE ACCEPTED, no exceptions! All products must be returned in unused and re-saleable condition, within 14 days of your receipt. MEG'S COLLARS reserves the right to determine if a product is in used condition. Return shipping includes exchanges at the purchaser's expense. Reshipment of the new item as well as returning the item to MEG'S COLLARS is at the purchaser's expense.

MEG'S COLLARS do not take the place of a regular outdoor collar.
